How do I find my filter size?
Slide out your existing filter and look for the dimensions printed on its frame. Sizes are shown as width × height × depth in inches. If you can’t find them, measure the frame and use our size finder above.
How often should I replace my filter?
It depends on your home, HVAC system, and filter type. Many homes change a 1-inch filter every 1–3 months. Homes with pets, allergies, or heavy system use may need more frequent changes. Follow your HVAC manufacturer’s guidance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Of course. You can update your schedule, skip a delivery, or cancel from your account whenever you need to. There are no long-term commitments.
When will my order arrive?
Your first box ships after checkout. Future deliveries follow the cadence you select, with a reminder before each order is processed. Shipping is included.
